CJC-1295 No DAC 100MG — GHRH Analog, Mod GRF 1-29 | Endocrine Research
CJC-1295 without DAC — also called Modified GRF (1-29) or Mod GRF 1-29 — is a 29-residue GHRH fragment carrying four amino acid substitutions relative to sermorelin: D-Ala at position 2, Gln at 8, Ala at 15 and Leu at 27. The D-Ala substitution is the one that blocks DPP-4 cleavage. Without the drug affinity complex, it does not bind serum albumin, so it is the short-acting member of the pair.

Storage and handling
- Dry powder: store at −20 °C, sealed, protected from light and moisture.
- Bring the sealed vial to room temperature before opening — lyophilized powder is hygroscopic and draws moisture onto a cold surface.
- After reconstitution: refrigerate at 2-8 °C, protect from light, and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
What you need to reconstitute it
Material is supplied dry and has to be brought into solution before use. Bacteriostatic Water 20 mL is the standard solvent and is sold separately — step-by-step procedure in the reconstitution guide, and a comparison of solvents in bacteriostatic water vs sterile water.
Documentation
Every batch is third-party tested: HPLC for chromatographic purity, mass spectrometry for identity. New to batch documents? See how to read a COA, what 99% purity actually means and net peptide content vs gross weight.
