Hexarelin is a synthetic hexapeptide growth hormone secretagogue and a close structural relative of GHRP-6. The single difference is a methyl group on the tryptophan at position 2 — 2-methyl-D-tryptophan in place of D-tryptophan — which increases its resistance to degradation.

Storage and handling
- Dry powder: store at −20 °C, sealed, protected from light and moisture.
- Bring the sealed vial to room temperature before opening — lyophilized powder is hygroscopic and draws moisture onto a cold surface.
- After reconstitution: refrigerate at 2-8 °C, protect from light, and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
- Contains two tryptophan residues, which are photosensitive — protect the vial and any solution from light.
What you need to reconstitute it
